Not a separate mode on this client. The developer's own Bedwars page sends players to EggWars and calls it the same protect-your-spawn team battle.

If you came looking for Bedwars, the useful thing to know is that this client does not list it separately — the egg is the bed.

How busy it is
Bedwars is one of the ten modes the lobby does not print a player count for — only eight of the eighteen do. The closest thing to demand data we have for it is its position in the mode grid and the 88 custom rooms listed beside it, neither of which is a number worth printing.
