KitPvP: five kits, one arena, no respawn button.
One measured session, 31 October 2026. Everything here was on screen.
Grab your favourite kit and dive into a non-stop free-for-all arena. Rack up kills, build streaks and climb the leaderboard.
Everything below came off the screen during one session on 31 October 2026, client v3.46.231. Where the panel cut a line short we stopped the quote where the panel stopped.
How a round starts
Unlike EggWars there is no variant picker: the mode panel offers a single Quick Play button. Clicking it drops you straight into a running arena rather than a lobby you wait in.
The first thing that appears in game is a Choose Your Kit panel. The chat line says the same thing more briefly: Press B to pick a kit, then fight for kills. So B reopens that panel at any time, which is a key the developer's published list does not mention.
The kit list, as printed
| Kit | Cost | What the panel says it does |
|---|---|---|
| Knight | equipped, free | Blocking with a sword will negate all arrow damage |
| Archer | owned, free | Left click with a bow to fire a barrage of arrows |
| Tank | owned, free | Crouching reduces incoming damage by 58%. 3 melee hits in 2s break your … |
| Scout | 10,000 coins | Permanent speed boost, but you take 30% more knockback while it is … |
| Princess | 10,000 coins | Hold a special bow that packs a … |
Two kits were already unlocked when we joined, two cost 10,000 coins, and the panel showed a fifth below the fold that we did not open. Prices are what the panel printed, not what we paid.
What the scoreboard tracks
| Field | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Top 5 | player name, kills, kill streak |
| Kills | your kills this round |
| K/D | kills divided by deaths |
| Kill Streak | kills since your last death |
| Daily Kills | resets daily |
| Weekly Kills | resets weekly |
| Game ends in | a countdown, mm:ss |
The Top 5 list also flags a player who is on a kill streak, and the kill feed in the top right announces every elimination as X was slain by Y plus the killer's streak.
Death does not stop the match
This is the sharpest difference between KitPvP and the two team modes. In EggWars a death puts a respawn button on screen and you click it. In KitPvP there is no button at all — you are put back in the arena automatically and the round keeps running.
Health came back as 9.9 / 28 during the session and settled at 28 only after several seconds. The amber bar next to it read 28 at spawn and dropped to 18 / 28 after taking hits, which is the first time we have seen that second bar move at all — it is armour, and it degrades.
The round timer
The scoreboard carries a Game ends in countdown. We saw it read 33:20 shortly after joining and 38:21 later in the same session. That is not a typo on our side: the counter went up, so it is a per-round timer that had restarted rather than one long session clock. We have one sample and are not going to guess the round length from it.
The summary panel
The end-of-round panel here is called Game Summary, and it is a different shape from the Game Over panel the team modes show:
| Field | Value in our round |
|---|---|
| Session Kills | 5 |
| Weekly Kills | 5 |
| Lifetime Kills | 5 |
| Total XP | +0 XP |
| Coins | +0 |
There is no match duration and no XP breakdown, and the only button is Create Account — no Next Game. The panel says You are playing as a guest, which is why coins and rewards stayed at zero.
What we could not confirm
- Whether kills pay coins or XP. The summary printed +0 XP with five kills.
- How long a round runs, and whether the countdown resets on a kill, a join or a schedule.
- How many players share the arena — nothing on screen stated a cap.
- Whether the two 10,000-coin kits are permanent unlocks or rentals.
- What the fifth kit is; the list was cut off by the panel.
Those stay unmarked until somebody plays them, which is the rule here.
